I have excellent verbal and written communication skills and am proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. I also have extensive experience employing project management and process improvement methodologies to ensure the efficiency of any operation.

I consult with clients to help them accomplish their goals in a variety of operational or creative business enterprise functions. For some, that means designing and executing a complex project plan for process improvement and management or a marketing and PR campaign. For others, it requires working with internal or external creators to have engaging original written content written, such as advertising copy or articles that maximize a Search Engine Optimization strategy.
In addition to standard Project Management Institute (PMI) methodology, I also am certified in the Six Sigma DMAIC and DMADV methodologies. I am experienced with developing new processes as well as providing clients with a plan for continual improvement in their existing processes.
In the face of ever-diminishing resources and unholy deadlines, Dan Mosher could be counted on not only to find a way to make the improbable happen but to do so with a smile.
